Primary Care Access Hubs
You can book urgent and routine appointments, either same day or in advance with a local GP or nurse at any one of four  primary care access hubs, making it much easier to get the care you need when you want it at a location that is convenient for you. These are open weekdays 16:00 – 20:00 and weekends 08:00 – 20:00.

To book an appointment with a local GP or nurse at any one of the hubs (Evergreen PCC, Carlton House Surgery, The Woodbury Practice contact or Eagle House Surgery) with your own GP practice.

Out of Hours
For urgent medical advice when the surgery is closed, please ring 111.  111 is free to call directly from landlines or mobile ‘phones.

The 111 service is available 24 hours a day, on every day of the year. 

They can:
– offer telephone advice
– provide a doctor’s appointment at a local Out of Hours centre
– provide a home visit by a doctor, if clinically indicated
