Patient Participation Group

The Aims of the Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we have an active Patient Participation Group which meets twice a year.  This gives patients an opportunity to discuss general surgery services as well as commenting on planned changes or improvements to services with the Practice Manager and some of the surgery’s GPs

Membership of the PPG is open to all our patients including those with Learning disabilities, English as a second language, homeless and LGBT are welcome.

If you would like to help us assess the changing needs of our patients and help us do our best to meet them, and identify any aspects of the surgery’s services which could be improved, please ask at reception for more information. Alternatively, click on the link opposite to get involved.
