New Patient Registration
All eligible patients may register by calling the surgery on 0208 805 8611 where you will be given advice on how to register at the Surgery. We will ask you to complete a form and book an appointment for a new patient screening. After you have had your new patient screening you can make an appointment with a GP of your choice.
